Here's directly from my heart.... my all time favorite RAJMA

- 1 cup Rajma
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- a pinch of hing
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp imli pulp
- 1 tsp garam masala
- chopped green chilly
- coriander leaves for garnishing
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3-4 pcs chopped tomatoes
- Soak the Rajma in water for 4-6 hours.
- Put them into pressure cooker and cook for 20-25 min.
- Heat the oil in pan. Add hing, jeera and chopped tomatoes.
- Cook for 5-10 min.
- Add all the spices and Rajma. Cook for 5-10 min.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Rice or Chapati.
