Shahi Suji Vada
Here's one delicious snack.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Suji.
- 1/2 cup rice floor.
- 1/2 cup maida.
- 5 pcs chopped green chilly
- 2 pcs chopped onions(medium size)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp ghee
- salt as taste
- oil for frying
- Mix all the ingredients except oil. Rub them with your hands.
- Add water and make a firm dough.
- Make small balls of dough.
- Press each dough with your hands and shape it flat (vada).
- Add oil in pan.
- Add each vada in hot oil and fry it till golden brown.
- Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
