- Rawa – 1 cup
- Curd – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Sugar – ½ tsp
Method
- For batter take the rawa in bowl, put curd, salt, sugar and water, make the smooth paste of it.
- Let it for half an hour.
- Put the batter in idly mode and add pinch of Eno fruit salt.
- Steam the idly for 10 minutes.
- Now serve it with sambhar or chutney.
