Hey guys, today I am going to share a very interesting and very delicious recipe to get relief from hot summer.
Rose Squash (Gulab Ka Sharbat)
Preparation Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 4 cup rose flower Petal
- 1 cup water
- 3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp rose color
- 1 tsp citric acid
Method
- Boil the petal with water on low flame in close container.
- Sieve it and add sugar, and prepare syrup.
- Allow it to cool.
- Add rose color and citric acid.
- Now your rose squash is ready, add cold water and serve it.
