Plum Squash (Aaloo-bakhara ka sharbat)
Preparation Time: 15 min
Ingredients
- ½ kg plum
- ½ kg sugar
- 1 glass water
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp jeera roster powder
Method
- Soak the plum in water for 2 hours.
- Mesh well and sieve it.
- Add sugar, salt, jeera and pepper.
- Pour it in bottle.
- Now add cold water and serve it.
