Delicious Rajma

Here's directly from my heart.... my all time favorite RAJMA

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rajma
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp imli pulp
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • chopped green chilly
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3-4 pcs chopped tomatoes
Method:
  1. Soak the Rajma in water for 4-6 hours.
  2. Put them into pressure cooker and cook for 20-25 min.
  3.  Heat the oil in pan. Add hing, jeera and chopped tomatoes.
  4. Cook for 5-10 min.
  5. Add all the spices and Rajma. Cook for 5-10 min.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it with Rice or Chapati.
