Shahi Suji Vada

Here's one delicious snack.

  • 1/2 cup Suji.
  • 1/2 cup rice floor.
  • 1/2 cup maida.
  • 5 pcs chopped green chilly
  • 2 pcs chopped onions(medium size)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • salt as taste
  • oil for frying
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil. Rub them with your hands.
  2. Add water and make a firm dough.
  3. Make small balls of dough.
  4. Press each dough with your hands and shape it flat (vada).
  5. Add oil in pan.
  6. Add each vada in hot oil and fry it till golden brown.
  7. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
