Incredients
  • Rawa – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – ½ tsp

Method
  1. For batter take the rawa in bowl, put curd, salt, sugar and water, make the smooth paste of it.
  2. Let it for half an hour.
  3. Put the batter in idly mode and add pinch of Eno fruit salt.
  4. Steam the idly for 10 minutes.
  5. Now serve it with sambhar or chutney.
