Rose Squash (Gulab ka sharbat)

Hey guys, today I am going to share a very interesting and very delicious recipe to get relief from hot summer.

Rose Squash (Gulab Ka Sharbat)

Preparation Time: 15 min

  • 4 cup rose flower Petal
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp rose color
  • 1 tsp citric acid

  1. Boil the petal with water on low flame in close container.
  2. Sieve it and add sugar, and prepare syrup.
  3. Allow it to cool.
  4. Add rose color and citric acid.
  5. Now your rose squash is ready, add cold water and serve it.
