Plum Squash (Aaloo-bakhara ka sharbat)

Preparation Time: 15 min
Ingredients
  • ½ kg plum
  • ½ kg sugar
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp jeera roster powder

Method
  1. Soak the plum in water for 2 hours.
  2. Mesh well and sieve it.
  3. Add sugar, salt, jeera and pepper.
  4. Pour it in bottle.
  5. Now add cold water and serve it.
