Belgiri Squash (Bel ka Sharbat)

Hey guys today I am going to share a very nice recipe, which is very good for digression too.
"Belgiri squash (Bel ka Sharbat)"
  • 1 Pcs Belgiri
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 Pcs lemon
  1. First of all peel the Belgiri and soak the pulp in water for 2 hours.
  2. Then sieve the pulp and add sugar & mix well.
  3. Add water or milk and serve it.
