Here's a special one directly from my mom's kitchen. A delicious sweet dish which makes your day.....
Paneer launglata (clove)
Ingredients
- Paneer – 1 cup
- Maida – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Coconut – ½ cup
- Clove – 8-10 pieces
- Cardamon powder – 1 tsp
- Mix dry fruit (almond, cashew nut, pista in small pieces) – ½ cup
- Oil for frying
Method
- Put 2 tbsp oil in maida and kneel hard
- For frying – put mashed paneer with milk in non-stick pan & cook till all milk gets dried up.
- Then add dry fruit, sugar, cardamon powder & mix well.
- Make small balls of maida and roll like puri. Fill 1 tsp of mixture and covered from all sides in square and put one clove on it.
- Deep fry it till brown in medium flame.
