Today I am going to share the recipe of the famous sweet-dish of Indian kitchen, "SUJI KA HALWA".
Preparation Time: 10-15 min
Makes for: 4-5 person
Ingredients:
- 1 cup suji
- 3/4 cup desi ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cup water
- dry fruits (almond, cashew-nut, coconut)
Method
- Add suji and desi ghee in karahi and light the stove on low.
- Stir it continuously till its color become golden.
- Add sugar and water in karahi.
- Stir it continuously till water drys out.
- Add dry fruits to it.
- Now your suji ka halwa is ready, serve it hot.
