Besan Ladyfinger Crispy
Preparation time – 15 min
Cooking time – 8-10 min
Ingredients
- 8-10 pcs Ladyfinger
- 4 tbsp besan (Gram Flour)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Black Cumin (kala jeera)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp amchoor (green mango powder)
Method
- Wash the ladyfinger and cut in two pieces in length
- Put oil in non-stick pan and add Black Cumin(kala jeera)
- Put ladyfinger and all the spices in pan
- Mix well for 3-4 min
- Then mix besan in it and cook till crisp
- Now serve with parathas or puri
