Banana sandwich
(A sweet and delicious sandwich recipe which is a healthy choice for children)
It is a simple energy dense breakfast item with the banana slices added in between the bread slices and then honey is drizzled over it.(A sweet and delicious sandwich recipe which is a healthy choice for children)

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- 1 ripe banana (cut into small discs)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp nylon sev1 tsp black salt (sanchal) or chaat masala
For Green Chutney
- 3/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
- 1 1/8 cups coriander (dhania)
- 1 small sized onion
- 1 small tomato
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- salt (according to taste)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the green chutney and blend it using little water. keep it aside.
- Apply butter on 4 bread slices.
- Apply green chutney on remaining 4 bread slices.
- Arrange banana pieces on the breads with butter.
- Sprinkle nylon sev on top of banana.
- Sprinkle black salt as per taste.
- Cover using the bread with green chutney.
- Heat the tava on medium flame.
- Heat the sandwich till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
