Delicious and Nutricious Cauliflower Parathas

Today I am sharing a very nutritious recipe of Cauliflower Parathas which we can have in breakfast.

  • 1 1/2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt according to taste

Method for Stuffing
  1. Heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds for 1/2 minute.
  2. Add onion, green chillies and fry again for 1/2 minute.
  3. Add the cauliflower and salt, sprinkle a little water and cook until three-quarters cooked.
  4. Add the chilli powder and coriander and mix well.
