Besan Ladyfinger Crispy


Hmmm this time a really delicious one, my favorite.

Besan Ladyfinger Crispy
Preparation time – 15 min
Cooking time – 8-10 min
Ingredients
  • 8-10 pcs Ladyfinger
  • 4 tbsp besan (Gram Flour)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Black Cumin (kala jeera)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor (green mango powder)
Method
  1. Wash the ladyfinger and cut in two pieces in length
  2. Put oil in non-stick pan and add Black Cumin(kala jeera)
  3. Put ladyfinger and all the spices in pan
  4. Mix well for 3-4 min
  5. Then mix besan in it and cook till crisp
  6. Now serve with parathas or puri
